Main Tasks:
As an employee in the Planning & Construction division, you plan and implement customer solutions in the field of Managed Services products and solutions.
You will be responsible for the conception, installation and configuration of Internet connections, location and data center interfaces, etc.
You will also design and plan the IP network infrastructure and actively support its implementation.
Your tasks will include handing over the installed systems to the Operations department and their documentation.
In addition, you will be a skilled contact for internal and external customers in all matters relating to the topics for which you are responsible.
You support technical projects and are also able to take over the project management.
You accompany the integration of the systems into the company’s monitoring.
You support the company in the ongoing development of existing solutions and the processing and resolution of faults.
Technical Qualifications:
You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system technician or a comparable or higher qualification and have gained at least three years of professional experience in this working environment.
You have very good knowledge of all current network technologies and protocols (OSI model Layer 1 to 3).
Prior knowledge in Firewall IPS IDS Sandboxing Systems (e.g. Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco, Paolo Alto) will complete your profile.
You are fluent in English and ideally have first knowledge of German.

You are very customer- and service-oriented and have good communication and organisational skills.
