Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Freelance - 6 Months

A fantastic opportunity to work for a global market leader with offices all over Europe.

They are very highly respected and are ranked as a top 10 company to work for in London. They are looking for a highly motivated Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work in their London office who is available to start ASAP.


Role:

• Develop and implement machine learning models using prototypes & proof-of concepts
• Optimization, development and implementation of data science and machine learning solutions within data pipelines (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes)
• Use of service-oriented architecture, containerized applications and functions, especially in cloud (e.g. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, FaaS)
• Optimization of machine learning models with performance computing e.g. GPGPU and real-time techniques


Skills:

• Experienced with code performance optimization and scalability (e.g., parallelization, sharding, scattering, gathering etc.)
• Understanding of cloud computing tools (e.g. AWS, Azure)
• Worked with scalable machine learning frameworks and data science tools
• Working knowledge of continuous integration and big data environments
• previous experience working with Docker and ideally Kubernetes
• Masters or PHD in area with computational element, e.g Physics, Data Science, Computer Science
• Worked with machine learning prototyping to scalable implementations a bonus
• English Speaker needed
• 3+ years of experience
