Task:- Participate in the design, development, integration and testing of new applications or functionality enhancements
- Participate in a weekly status and project meeting
- Provide user support on these applications to internal clients
- Uploading new content to applications
- Change request support and administration
- Service request support and administration
- Application maintenance activities
- Application Support (L2 and L3)
- Support, Maintenance and Change in a validated environment
- Documentation + Validation
Requirements (Must have):
- Profound knowledge in Delphi, .NET, SQL DB, Oracle DB
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
