Dear all,we are seeking for our client in the Frankfurt area for an experienced Seeburger Operations Expert (m/f).
Responsibilities:
Your objective will be to provide consultancy and support to our internal team in solving the issues
related to their daily business tasks regarding the Seeburger system and the applications connected
to it.
Requirements:
With your academic education in computer science or a comparable qualification and several years
of project experience in the context of Seeburger, you will take on the following tasks:
• Bank Partner Connection / Onboarding Process
• Log files Analysis
• Updates / Patching Seeburger
• Incident Management / Troubleshooting / Error Analysis
• Daily Business for the Seeburger Platform
• Processing of requirements from the Business Experts
• Key/Certificate Management
• Knowledge Transfer to other colleagues
• Update of the Monitoring Concept
• Update of the Operations Manual / Documentation / How-to-Instructions
• Since some of the production issues are related to Seeburger Mappings, Seeburger Mapping Expertise would be a plus.
• Ideally, you were able to successfully apply these skills in the financial services sector.
• As this is an international project, a fluency in English is essential.
• Nevertheless, knowledge of German is an advantage.
