For a full-time permanent position, we are currently looking for an
Enterprise Content Management ans SharePoint Developer (ECM) (f/m)
Responsibilities
To help with this, we are looking for an outstanding manager in project management – a digital project manager with a passion for using collaboration, the creative process and emerging technologies to produce world-class interactive experiences for our client. You will help to create dynamic digital experiences and integrated campaigns. Our project work includes experience design and development, digital and social media campaigns, digital partnership activations and promotions, e-Commerce and CMS implementations, CRM programs and branded content. As a manager, you will not only help develop and execute the plans that allow our teams to create exciting work but will also contribute to large programs of work. To succeed, you will need to be a creative advocate, strive to be proactive, have a passion for technology, maintain a deep project management toolkit, and exercise excellent communication skills.
Define and manage IT services for all Document Management Systems, Intranet and Collaboration Solutions as well as Enterprise Content Management Systems to support the business
Ensure IT service delivery along the full lifecycle according to functional and technical roadmaps, requirements and agreed SLAs
Proactively manage alignment and day-to-day communication with business representatives, users, and providers
Manage IT project resources according to agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Act as single point of contact within IT organization for the assigned IT services
Requirements
University degree or similar education in computer science or economics
Several years of experience in Project Management as well as in international organizations with multicultural and multifunctional teams
Experience working in Agile for website creative development
Mastery of small to mid-level projects (i.e., email, OLA, landing page updates)
PMP and/or CSM Certification (or desire to achieve this)
ITIL Foundation
Flexible and result driven mind set with an analytical and structured way of working
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
Travelling up to 10 %
Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Planner, Microsoft Teams)
