Montash have been engaged with a leading E-commerce company in Heidelberg, who are seeking multiple Lead Software Engineers to join their vibrant team.

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Lead Software Engineer who likes to work collaboratively in a team to bring forth the company's innovative vision. The ideal person will enjoy being a hands-on coder while coaching and motivating through development and projects to become high-performing teams.
You will be leading a cross-functional team during new product platform development creating API portal; among other projects.
Required:
- At least 3 years' experience developing complex web-based systems
- Experience with C#/.Net or Modern Javascript Libraries like Node.js
- Proven experience leading or mentoring software teams (ideally at least 2 years)
- Experience running distributed systems in a production environment
- The drive to motivate teams and develop top technical talent
- A passion for new technology and finding solutions
- A DevOps mindset - with knowledge in Jenkins and Docker
- Fluent English
Desired:
- German speaking is a plus
- Cloud Technologies - AWS or Google ideally
- Kubernetes
- Agile environment experience
