Beschreibung

Development of a digital platform strategy

Tasks:
• Manage multiple digital projects with focus on strategy and scalable new business
• Lead definition and implementation of new digital platform initiatives
• Define user experience and deliver business requirements for new digital platforms and toolsets
• Ensure relevance of business models with by gathering feedback from customers and other third parties.
• Develop multiple scenarios, taking into account short product life cycles and high technology adaption rates
• Establish business cases and decision basis for senior management
• Build up and lead cross-functional teams and hold them against clear set of priorities, timelines and resources, to deliver the roadmap using agile methodology
• Communicate the platform feature roadmap across the Innovation team and report development status to senior management.
• Define a KPI set to measure performance continuously
• Drive business development in fast moving international environments
• Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnering
• Interface and collaborate to other Uniper functions on all management levels, e.g. IT, Energy Services, Sales, Trading, Engineering, Asset Management, Market Analytics, Strategy

Who we are seeking:
• Masters degree in business, engineering or science
• Several years relevant digital working experience, ideally in innovation, business development or corporate development in telco, energy or management consulting
• Extensive background in project management or product development or product management including experience in developing and launching new initiatives
• Business Acumen with the ability to develop user interfaces and new features that drive an excellent customer experience in B2B
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver scalable business models globally
• Analytical, business and strategic expertise to quickly and holistically understand, evaluate and develop business models • Leadership experience and ability to work in interdisciplinary environments and complex structures
• Independent way of working and ability to organize work in cross-functional teams across all hierarchy levels
• Ability to perform under high time pressure
• Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners
• Self-motivated with a track record of delivering success in business and product development
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, documentation and cross-functional management skills.
• Ideally have experience of agile product ownership
