* Controlling of the deliverables of partner agency
* troubleshooting and support during the creation of fixes of the software of ION2s
* Analysis of the "emergency formulary" situations, which regarded intensive log file analyses Development of new methods at the frontend to localize mistakes, concerned portals: shop, checkout, customer account side Development of a JavaScript library, which dispatches the access of an order interface call GIMLI based on JavaScript-function-calls
