Dear all,we are seeking for our client in Munich for an experienced Test & Release Manager (m/f).
Tasks:
• Responsible for efficient test and release processes from component to system and acceptance test resp. releases in customer projects
• Responsible for evaluating the requirements, preparation of the corresponding test specifications, analyzing test criticality and defining release criteria
• Responsible for test strategy, test procedures, test case and test analysis
• Planning and controlling of test plan, test activities, effort estimation, risk management and error/incident management
• Communication and alignment of test procedures and test cases with customer, suppliers and company engineers in the project.
• Evaluation and provision of test infrastructure and tools as well as resources for testing
• Manage (allocation, monitoring, motivating etc.) test/development engineers in preparation and execution of tests
• Transparency and cromprehensability of release criteria and release history
Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or a related discipline
• Substantial long-term experience and proven track record in test and release management in customer projects
• Long-term applied experience of at least 5 years in test strategies, techniques and tools
• Good proven planning and management skills
• Strong individual and good communicator who can work collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in software development as well as implementing and delivering IT solution projects
• Good knowledge and understanding of IT
• Project management, development and/or test certifications, e.g. PMI Certified PMP, (ISC) 2 Certified ISSP, iSTQB Certified Tester Fundamental Level or Higher, iSAQB Certified SW Architect FL or higher etc. possibly
• Fluent in German and English, further language skills will be an advantage
• Prepared to travel internationally (max. 30%)
