Dann suchen wir Sie für eine befristete Mitarbeit an einem Projekt unseres Kunden, einem renommierten Unternehmen der Automotive Branche ab sofort für 6 Monate mi Option auf Verlängerung in Großraum Aschaffenburg.Aufgaben:Responsible for the software development in an assigned project.
- Own the software design. Review and approve engineering work products.
- Develop effort estimates and engineering timing plans per internal and external milestones, expected work products, and product deliveries.
- Manage and support the negotiation of system requirements, change requests, and unwritten requirements.
- Attend customer project meetings
- Review, track, communicate and approve software test status
- Coordinate external SW team at worldwide locations
- Negotiate and maintain a responsibility matrix for a global SW development program.
- Responsible for tracking the software defects and change requests
- Manage software risks. Report status, prepare contingency and mitigation plans and execute corrective actions.
- Lead and prioritize day-to-day activities of the software project team.
- Responsible for releasing the software deliverables with all needed work products to the technical project leader and the manufacturing team (Release Notes, Software Test Reports, First Article)
- Dotted line leadership of the software team members, providing critical employee developmental and performance feedback to the administrative managers.
- Minimum of 10 years deep and relevant experience regarding the responsibility / activities in serial SW development for Automotive applications
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a software leadership role is desired. Leading a global team is a plus
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of software development engineering practices in automotive field including software architectures
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge with operating systems on MCU, ARM or FPGA
- Strong technical background: comprehensive working knowledge in embedded C/C++
- Deep and comprehensive working knowledge in structured engineering approaches
- Comprehensive working knowledge of configuration management, project planning and monitoring techniques.
- Able to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Travel (domestic and international) may be needed
- Good knowledge of English (speak & write), French language skills are a big advantage
