Greetings from Profiler!For one of our leading client in Wolfsburg, we are currently looking for a Cobol Supporter L2/L3 (m/f).

TASKS AND SKILLS REQURIED:
• Experience in mainframe technologies like
o Primary skills - COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2 [ Mandatory], IMS DB/DC [mandatory], MQ Series [ Mandatory]
o b. Secondary skills – DFSORT, Easytrieve, Knowledge of RVS, Dialog + will be added advantage.
• Analyzing and solving Incidents and Problems i.e. L2/L3 issues in mainframe Z/OS environment.
• To provide Work Around for issues / job failures in various applications in Support Environment.
• To perform investigation and implement permanent solution for external & internal problems as a part of L3 support.
• Performing regular back-end activities. Performing health checks for applications
• Communicate with customer and internal teams to provide updates on production issues and resolution plan
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in German & English Language.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and to ensure smooth workflow
• Ability to work with little or no Supervision, and to aggressively seek ways to improve and help others to improve
• Exposure and working with VW mainframe systems and environments would be added advantage
