In the role of the Technical Test Lead (Performance Testing) …
• you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the performance aspects of existing/ new systems
• You will conduct requirement analysis, define Performance test strategy & work load models and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes
• You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred
• Must be experienced with defining the testing schedules, roadmap, dependencies and run a test governance
• Expertise in Test Management process, test strategy, test planning, test scheduling, test environments, test data and test reporting
• At least 7 years of experience in various types of Performance Engineering and Testing activities
• Experience in analyzing NFRs and elicit them in Performance Test requirements
• Expertise in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them
• Knowledge of Loadrunner (or Jmeter) to design and execute load and performance tests
• Expertise in load generation, Performance test execution, hands-on experience on various analysis & reporting.
• Expertise in Performance tool evaluation, types of tests required, work load models and conducting POCs
• Ability to use different monitoring/profiling tools (Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, JProfiler, Visual VM, AWR reports etc.) to monitor, gather, and report application performance on Windows or Linux machines
• Experience with various QA methodologies, estimations and team coordination
• Must be experienced in defect management, application lifecycle management, test reporting
• Must be fluent in communication using German and English language
• Communication and Analytical skills
Nice to have
• App Dynamics Experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred
• Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus
• Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience
• Knowledge of Web Services, Performance Testing, SQLs and UNIX will be an added advantage
• Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology, micro services etc.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Experience in working in Insurance domain
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face
