Tasks & Duties• Advice to our customers on questions regarding the approval concept, technical approval, functional and technical safety
• Analysis, clarification and justification of applicable laws, standards and regulations
• Creation and evaluation of safety plans, risk and hazard analyzes
• Implementation of customer requirements in internal specification (DOORS)
• Assist in the application for approval for commissioning
• Audits, meetings etc. by and with certification and assessment bodies
• Creation of the LOP for approval until completion
Experience & Skills
• Several years of experience in the railway environment, in particular train control technology, commissioning and approvals
• Experience with ETCS OnBoard Units
• Experience in the approval of ETCS subsystems
• Experiences in the coordination with external and internal contacts
• Experience in creating customer-friendly documents
• Experience in translating customer requirements into internal specifications
• Experience in dealing with standards and implementation in processes
• Ideally experience in the railway licensing process
• Very good German and English spoken and written
