Performance Optimizations on Unity Mobile
* I am seeking experts in optimizing performance for Unity mobile games for two to three months of contract work, on or off site

Qualifications
o 3+ shipped Unity titles, at least 2 on mobile
o 4+ years of Unity performance optimizations at the engineering level (architectural and implementation)
o Established track record for contract development work, ideally in performance
o Familiar with working jointly with tech artists
o Expert-level knowledge of Unity profiling and common Unity performance bottlenecks
o Comfortable in a large-team, parallel development environment
