LOCATION: MUNICH

As part of our software development team, you will play an active role in helping to design and developing our initial go-to-market service. You will take ownership, along with the rest of the team, for building and refining our service as the business expands across Europe.

You should be familiar with designing and building robust web sites with a very high level of quality, security and service availability.

You should be a good communicator, free thinker, have an inquisitive mind-set and eye for detail. You should be comfortable working for a start-up, accept that "change is good" and should be willing to contribute, in whatever way, with your skills, experience and enthusiasm to building a successful business.

Demonstrable experience of:

- Building robust, scalable, production-ready software.
- Building multi-lingual, multi-currency web sites.
- Building responsive web sites using HTML5, CSS3 (Incl. Saas/LESS) and JavaScript.
- Use of jQuery, jQuery UI and bootstrap v4.
- Communication with Back End services using AJAX/JSON.
- Server Side development on Linux platform with PHP in combination with MySQL database.
- Source control, preferably git.

It would helpful if you also had experience of:

- Linux command line.
- Development of Linux shellscripts (sh/bash).
- Use of other development languages such as Python (Django), Perl, C.
- Configuration of Apache Web Server, MySQL and Postfix.
- Maintaining build and integration scripts (incl. JavaScript/CSS code compression, Saas/LESS).
