* The developer should be able to coach the new technology.
* Experience in responsive design frameworks.
* Experience within the technology stack.
* Experience in Banking Portal Environment.
* AngularJS and Bootstrap for Presentation Layer
* Spring Framework for Interface Layer (REST)
* Spring Security for Central User Management and SSO Integration
* Spring Framework for Business Logic Layer (Portal Backend)
* Hibernate for Persistance Layer
* JBoss Enterprise Service Bus
