- needs to be willing to find answers on its own.
- needs to be able to ask questions.
- needs to be able to work well under pressure.
- needs to be able to interact with people.
- needs to be able to have a friendly conversation with the other people within the client as well as with the external partners.
- needs to able to explain in very simple terms why he/she needs to make certain decisions.
- can, in very simple language, explain what's going on, what the problem is, how it's gonna be fixed.
