Your Tasks



  • Maintain and maintain existing software applications Error analyses and error corrections in the test and operating environment

  • Support services in the area of development environment

  • Development of extensions according to customer requirements

  • Readiness to familiarize oneself with specialist processes

  • Operational support for online services

  • Installation, configuration, monitoring, optimization, analysis and operation of web servers (Tomcat)

  • Design/maintenance of barrier-free GUIs

  • Acceptance, classification and troubleshooting in web servers / application servers




Your Profil



  • Software Developer

  • Profound J2EE know-how (e.g. J2EE application servers JBoss V4.3 and V5.1)

  • Profound knowledge of Tomcat and its modules

  • Knowledge of the following technologies / standards: Axis2, EasyREST, Hibernate, JAXB, SAX, JDOM, Ant, Antlr, Spring, FOP, XSLT

  • Sound knowledge in the field of Java application development

  • Safe handling of current WEB standards such as HTML, XML, CSS

  • Working with GUI-Framework Struts, Tapestry V5

  • Dealing with SQL, PL-SQL

  • The following points: Nice to have

  • Oracle Database Knowhow

  • Scripting in the environment of online services (shell, perl, awk, sed, etc.)

  • Knowledge of LINUX (Suse, Redhat, Debian and Oracle Linux), clusters (Linux. Windows, ACFS)

  • Eclipse, MyEclipse

  • Bug tracking systems Bugzilla, OVSD and Omnitracker

  • Knowledge of the MySql database used

  • Knowledge of online services (DEPATISnet / DPMAregister / IPC / DPMAdatenabgabe / Fachsysteme / TMview)

  • Experience in handling large amounts of data (loading, processing and managing complex and extensive databases)

  • Ideal: technical know-how on all aspects of the German trademark system

  • High level of responsibility/consciousness of quality

  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills

  • Independent and autonomous work

  • Business English fluent and basic German

  • You work with our customer, together in a team, on site - in the Munich area
