• 5 Years of experience• Experience in all aspects of development lifecyle
• Design Thinking and Design mindset to handle dependencies and design for consumers (API)
• TDD and Test Automation
• BDD is a plus
• Working closely with Business as BizDevOps team
• CI/CD experience
• Writing quality code
• Experience in Scripting is mandatory
• Should have worked atleast in one large scale implementation (no of user base). B2C application development will be helpful
• Knowledge on Containers and container orchestration methodologies
• Understanding of stateless and loosely coupled distributed applications
• Familiarity developing with RESTful API interfaces
• Basic understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• Familiarity with messaging & queuing services
• Experience in Azure development atleast for 2 years or 1 year is mandatory. If this experience is there, there is no need for certification. But we need to give a plan for certification.
• While evaluating Azure skills, the following items should be considered
• Hands-on experience programming with Azure APIs
• Understanding of Azure Security best practices
• Understanding of automation and Azure deployment tools
• Understanding storage options and their underlying consistency models
• Excellent understanding of at least one Azure SDK
