- Very good technical knowledge on latest version of PTC Windchill applications
- Should have 8-10 years of professional experience with 6-8 years in PTC Windchill
- Leads the technical implementation team in transforming complex customer requirements into solid software design and solutions
- Investigates the current technical infrastructure to identify problems, complexities, non-standard technologies, and other inefficiencies; identifying opportunities to add transformative business value
- Ensures software engineering best practices and/or methodologies are used within the project team to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Is proficient in prototyping customizations/tools/methods to be used as guideline for the rest of the team
- Reviews teamwork work products to ensure that they are accurate, consistent, and meet client requirements
