For one of our clients we are looking for a Scrum Coach

Activities:
• Coaching of Agile Project Management, especially with focus on multi agile projects (scrum of scrum).
• Perform an analysis of the status quo and give guidance for further development Content
• Review of a whole sprint cycle
• Review of all related meetings and procedures
• Review of client’s governance approach
• Interviews Expected Outcome
• Analysis of status quo
• Tangible improvement proposals
• Definition of appropriate KPIs to measure success of applied improvements
• Apply agreed improvements and monitor over time Content
• On site presence during retrospectives
• On site presence for agility coaching (up to 1 day / week, depending on actual need)
• Joint review of improvements with Governance, POs and SMs Expected Outcome
• Overview of applied improvements
• Update of KPI monitor per sprint of the effectiveness of the measures

Language skills:
• English - must
• German - nice to have

Capacity: 30 days over 5 months
Location: Düsseldorf/remote
