Responsibilities:
Share the best practices of mainstream Internet companies related to centralized operations.
Organize Client's global project delivery and support development of centralized operation management methodologies and management processes.
Guide the construction, operation and optimization of centralized delivery operation center which will serve as a main hub for all project delivery.
Responsible for business index analysis and design of centralized operation center; also to output automated operation rules analysis methodology.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above and min 10 years of centralized operation center planning and operation experience.
Familiar with the methodologies of centralized operation centers of internet companies such as Jingdong, Alibaba, AWS.
Excellent communication, organization and coordination ability, good sense of teamwork.
Flexible with global travelling if necessary.
Successful planning and operation experience with centralized operation centers.
Strong data analysis and platform product planning and design capabilities.
Internet industry data analysis, data operations, data products planning experience.
In regards to "Data Driven Operations" capable of identifying problems in the business development process and providing effective process optimization advices by analyzing, interpreting, mining and identifying data.
Fluent in English.
