A project team from an international telecommunications company is working on optimizing the ITSM BMC Remedy for all European countries of the company. The project objective is to successfully complete the service optimizations by the end of 2018.
For this we need and want you in our project. You will contribute significantly to the project success, as "Lead Architect BMC ITSM Remedy, OSS/BSS ".

Tasks
The „Lead Architect BMC ITSM Remedy“
? Provides consultancy regarding service architecture, creation and alignment of BMC ITSM Remedy architecture concepts and support of the implementation within a company-wide (global) context from an End-to-End perspective,
? Determines the service requirements of the in-house customers,
? Analyzes the service requirements with regard to sustainable technical solutions from an End-to-End perspective,
? Supports (from an architecture perspective) within the support processes regarding Incident, Problem and Changes
? Advises and accompanies internal customers in the decision-making process and, if necessary joint in a team with the project manager and the ITSM Tool Service Manager, brings about a timely decision,
? Develops and designs solutions with a focus on substantial economic value creation, which is technically feasible and justifiable,
? Realizes the approved solution concepts and makes them available so that customers can accept and apply them,
? Rracks and evaluates tasks and open items,
? Reports to the project manager.

Profile and Competencies
The „Lead Architect BMC ITSM Remedy“
? Has a sound technical education and a successfully completed degree in a relevant field for the task,
? Has at least 6 years of proven practical (migration) experience in the field of OSS / BSS and in particular BMC ITSM Remedy,
? Has extensive and at least 6 years of project experience in the telecommunications industry with OSS / BSS,
? Has sufficient knowledge of IT Service Management methodologies (e.g. ITIL), ideally based on respective certifications
? Is a self-contained, seasoned personality and self-starter,
? Is communicative: listens well and adopts value-free, expresses itself clearly, clearly and understandably in spoken and written,
? Has successful experience in conducting workshops from preparation to decision-making,
? Speaks and writes English fluently, any additional European language highly welcome
? Masters the handling of modern means of communication,
? Works independently, structured and assertive, forward-looking and is always well prepared.
Basic Data
Industry: Telecommunications
Location: a) preferred Zurich, b) “easiest to access” location of telco client in Europe - plus remote
Traveling within the project within Europe: regularly, by arrangement
Start of application: from 1 February February 2018
Duration: 3 months with possibility for extensions
Per week: 4 to 5 days (4+1 possible)
Daily rate: customary in the market
