For our client in Milan, Italy, we are looking for two Solution designers. The project involves design, development projects and L3 support. The application in scope are from OSS Assurance domain. This includes applications like IBM Netcool, HP TeMIP, HP-OVO etc.Solution Designers would be responsible for review of HLD on need basis, Develop LLD for project; support PM on project Estimations (cost, time).
Tasks:
• Be technical SpoC for customer lifecycle manager
• Review and support HLD (when applicable)
• Analyze HLD and prepare LLD
• Provide feedback to Risk-, Problem- and Capacity- Management
• Review LLD with customer and offshore teams
• Support PM in SoW creation, Timeline estimation
• Support offshore team in development, and testing
• Support customer during acceptance if requested
Desired key skills:
• Solution Designer (Low level designing) in IBM Netcool suits
• Good knowledge in Unix, Javascript, SQL
• Experience in L3(troubleshooting ,Resolution) and AD support
• Good architectural understanding to analyze HLD and prepare LLD
• Excellent Understanding of Operations and Assurance processes in Telecommunication industry
• Good Domain knowledge in Wireless and Wireline technologies
• Good Domain knowledge in NFV, SDN technology
• Ability to work in international teams on different locations
• Fluent in Italian, Good in English
Project overview:
• Start: January-February 2018
• Duration: 12 months (+ extension)
• Workload: full-time
• Location: Milan, Italy
• Languages: Italian and English
The consultant should have a work permit for the location, it will not be provided extra.
