Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Senior Customer Experience Manager to join their business in Germany.

Position Title: Senior Customer Experience Manager
Position Type: 2 years fixed term contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2 years fixed term contract

Responsibilities:
- Define the Customer Experience vision and strategy to drive true customer centricity
- Optimize the consumer journey to drive sales and conversions
- Proactively manage all UX/UI efforts and direct visual designers on WEU and country level
- Implement new tools (e.g. Advanced analytics, A/B testing, heatmaps etc.) to gain consumer insights for further decision making
- Manage the end-to-end content upload onto the site according to the content guidelines
- Define customer satisfaction KPI’s that contribute to building & accelerating the growth of our sales and services
- Actively prioritise tasks, projects & allocation of project resources according to the strategic priorities & pipeline demand
- Hold and lead regular meetings for impactful decision making, prioritisation, resource & budget forecasting & management

Qualifications:
- Completed university degree in Design or similar qualification
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in UX in an agile environment
- Solid portfolio with examples that showcases experience in designing mobile and web products
- Experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch etc.) and prototyping software (InVisionApp, Origami, Axure etc.)
- General understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Strong empathic, analytical, and organizational skill set
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive and self-reliant work style
- Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German very welcome
- Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Solid IT and programming skills
- Excellent organisational, time and project management skills
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
