Our client, an innovative cutting edge technical consultancy working with cutting edge technologies and large clients are looking to expand their already strong Java Development Team by hiring a number of Java Developer/Java Engineer to work in their Dusseldorf Office. This is a great opportunity to work with modern technologies such as Java 8, Microservices, AWS, Elastic Stack, Apache Kafka, AGILE
Your role as a Java Developer/Java Engineer/Software Engineer
- Working on exciting new projects in the industry with large clients.
- Curious and a step ahead when it comes to software trends.
- Write clear and testable code using Java 8, J2EE, Eclipse, Jira
What we are looking for
- Proven track record in Java 1.6 - 1.8, JavaEE (EJB, JPA, JMS)
- SOAP/Rest API, Message-orientated Middleware
- Desirable experience of relational and noSQL databases, GIT, Eclipse, Jira.
- Agile or Waterfall methodology experience
- Nice to have experience of AWS and serverless architectures, Elastic Stack/Apache, Play framework, Unix/Linux
