Data Engineer

Our client, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, are searching for a Data Engineer to join their team on an initial 4 month contract in Darmstadt, Germany. The candidate MUST: - 5+ years' experience with Data management - 5+ years' experience in software development with Scala or Java. - 5+ years' experience with Hadoop, ideally Hortonworks. - Excellent knowledge of REST API communication and know how. - Strong experience in Linux Shell and Shellscripting. - Strong XML/ JSON know how - Fluent in English Desired skills - Experience in computer system validation. - Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry If interested, please contact Kirsty on and email your CV to ventures.com
