A global organisation is looking to expand its thriving team with the addition of an experienced freelance Big Data Engineer (m/f).
We're looking for a candidate who has expert knowledge mainly in Big Data Technologies (e.g. Cloudera, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig, MapReduce, Oozie) and DevOps. Since you will be working with §§§, you should be adaptable to agile environments.
What skills should you have?
- Expert knowledge in Big Data Technologies (e.g. Cloudera, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig, MapReduce, Oozie)
- Programming knowledge with Java, SCALA, Shell Scripting, Python, SQL is essential
- Understanding of DevOps and SDLC
- Jira or Confluence experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German language skills desirable
- Valid working permit for EU
