One of our valued clients who are an IT solutions company are looking for a Devops engineer for their Berlin office. The company was founded by IT professionals in 2011 in their Berlin office and as they've grown, they now have added additional locations in Poland, Cologne and Stuttgart. This client is now working with international teams for well-known customers as they have grown from strength to strength in a short period of time!
THINGS YOU WANT TO KNOW:
- 6 months + extensions
- €50 an hour

TASKS:
You will be planning, maintaining and improving their development. Whilst testing and staging frameworks: every project, every customer and each new feature needs different ways of being tested and staged so that's where you come in. You will also be there to design, prototype and implement new tooling solutions to make their development more agile and flexible.
PROFILE:
- Proven experience as DevOps Engineer
- Motivation for frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
- Passion for problem solving
- Good knowledge of AWS services (like Cloud Formation)
- Experience with Terraform, Git, Kafka and Microservices, Jenkins
- Comfort in coding, testing and Scripting
- Strong Python skills
- JavaScript is a plus
- Jenkins
- virtualisation of server systems and network know how
- comfortable with Agile/Scrum
