Test Engineer with experience in Payment card industry (m/f), Frankfurt/Germany, 12mm++, ASAP
For our client in the Frankfurt area we are searching for several experienced Test Engineers (m/f) - Senior and Midlevel.
Tasks:

Ensure that software is built in a way which is consistent - and exploits the collective frameworks, patterns and practices that exist across the wider Engineering community

Plan, design and execute tests across multiple systems (incremental and regression testing)

Define the test strategies for software and data solutions of industry best practices

Support planning of all testing and validation activities according to software requirements documentation and software release plans

Create, maintain and monitor test plans

Report on the status of the full team's testing activities

Mentor, providing clear and constructive feedback and creating opportunities for learning and growth
Skills:
-
Proven experience with large-scale software test projects, from planning to execution

Effective test design, test planning and scheduling skills

Hands-on knowledge of test driven, behavior driven development, continuous integration and test automation and test automation frameworks

Hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools in relation to test automation e. g. Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Selenium and.Unit

Experience with Scripting languages (eg Python, JavaScript), Java programming skills are an additional advantage

ITIL Foundation ISTQB Test Foundation or Certified Agile Tester Certification desirable

Strong background in payment card industry is a significant advantage
