Location: Oranienburg (near Berlin) (3 Weeks/Month) and Singen/Konstanz (1 Week/Month).
Project Description: Pharma: Global Business Transformation and SAP Program, working with business process owners and subject matter experts to define Plant Maintenance processes
Requirements:
SAP PM area
Deep Functional Knowledge of PM processes in Process Industries (in Pharma) in order to be able to advise/drive Takeda business in key decisions
Understanding of PM systems and integration with ERP
Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, from blueprinting to deployment of PM processes and related systems in global companies
Project Management experience with small/medium size teams
Streamlead experience
PM Processes in Process Industries / Pharma - must
Calibration process, Refurbishment process - must
Role of the consultant: Process and Functional Consultant for PM area, act as team lead with profund leadership skills
Language Requirements: Fluent English - must / German - nice to have
Project language: English
Further: Important are SAP PM and Pharma, plus leadership skills
