We are looking for an UX expert to support our customers project.Tasks:
• Work as UX Lead to design customer facing e-Services.
• Do project planning, methode selection, content creation over the whole user centered design process
• Integrate internal and external service providers into the design process as needed
Must-haves:
• Experience: 4-5 years fulltime on the job, mastered the whole usability engineering process with a strong talent in visual design
• Very good communication and educational skills and the ability to maintain a good relation with business, customers and developers
• Capability to act as a UX lead in a complex projects and to promote UX in the whole project team
• Capability to drive synchronization and alignment across product lines
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 1 week per year.
• Certificate from a technical or business institute in the area of UX (e.g. Master in Human Computer Interaction Design)
• Education in visual design is a plus
• Capability to identify potential frictions in cooperation, planning and goals within a project and acts to resolve them. Does only need to escalate in exceptional cases
• Comfortable to go into new fields and to provide innovative solutions
• Willingness to actively share ideas and experience and to give feedback to peers
• Multicultural awareness, interest and capability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Willingness to reach out to other organizations inside of Roche and to challenge own ideas based on a big variety of feedback.
• Is a role model in the UX domain, demonstrates leadership commitments.
• English - Proficient ; German - Advanced
• Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Prototyping tools (e.g. Balsamiq, Axure, Adobe XD)
