Task:IT lead developer role- Organize, pilot the project and coordinate the actors and contributors of the Java project team on budget, deadlines and deliverables.
- Setting up nearshoring with Java Share Service Center in Romania (Bucharest)
- Track and coordinate the transfer of Java application.
- Ensure the knowledge transfer to outsourced team
- Define and Set-up processes (RACI, Quality Gate, steering committee)
- Define configuration and set up follow-up of Virtual Java developer workstation
- Ensure Ratanet knowledge spreading thru projects made by a mixed team
- Define Training plan and follow Ramp-up of JAVA team
- Identify issues and propose action for decision
- Supports the application software implementation and technical software, contributes to the quality and performance improvement.
Requirements (Must have):
- Experience in Java lead development
- Experience in nearshoring / remote development
- Skills in change management
- Capability in transversal Management
- Experience in program/project management
