Aufgabe
Application Support Analyst for international Team
° Assess incidents and support requests
° Identify or engineer resolution path, and take the needed action achieve the solution,
° Communicate and coordinate task with relevant stakeholders (users, partner resolver groups (HP, T-System, …), internal process stakeholder)
° Direct support of selected Trader users (business relevant) on end-user issues,
° Support infrastructural or application changes with change assessment and testing
° Production, delivery and update of IT documentation for the in-scope managed application/services
° Produce required documentation as part also of initial knowledge transfer
