For our client, operating in the staffing service sector, we are currently looking for a “Test Manager (m/f)“ described below:Conditions:

Duration: 12 months +
Place: Düsseldorf
Responsibilities:
• Supervision of tests throughout all stages of software development
• Design, Test Approach, Test Strategy
• Provide advice on the 4 parties involved, namely: Software Vendor Management, Internal I.T. Mainframe and Waterfall Approach, External I.T. and Front-End Development, and lastly, Car Dealers Insurance Management.
• Continuous development of test environments and test cases
• Planning and Specification, implementation of the tests
• Legacy System experience
• Team Leader
• Specification and implementation of test cases and test concepts (test automation)
• Quality Management
Requirements:
• Proven working knowledge in the use and application of requirements and verification processes
• Proven experience as a requirements engineer or an IT related business analyst in insurances or in the financial sector
• Proven experience in the development of model-based business requirements documentations (UML)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and process-oriented work method
• Rigorous and positive approach to issue resolution, attention to detail, ability to work
• Professional know-how in insurances or financial sector
• Very good skills of the German and English language
• Proven experience in Test Management of large projects in the Insurances or in the Financial sector
• Proven experience in Release management
