Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:
We are looking for WEB developer and designer Front End for the implementation of "ShiftOnline".
Tasks:
Implementation of new functionalities in the frontend systems and environment according to the IT requirements of "ShiftOnline" as specified in the SDD and RDD: this comprises works as Detailed design and specification, Coding,
Development of interfaces, Implementation and Software configuration
About the Pproject:
The "ShiftOnline" Project sales and service program consists of four main projects:
1. A sales oriented, personalised TV channel overview which shows our customers their booked channels and recommends new pay tv packages
2. Digitisation of offline retention processes by offering customers retention infos and products in MeinKabel
3. A sales oriented move process; offering cross- and upsell-products during the customer move process
4. Smart chat; connecting our virtual assistant to internal services to improve answers and make product offers
Goals (Objectives, Non Objectives):
Create a superior online service and product experience which leads to cost savings and more returning traffic. Get deeper knowledge of customer needs and behaviour in order to leverage sales/develop ARPU within customer base.
