Scala Entwickler für Hamburg (m/w)Mit rund 1000 angestellten Mitarbeitern und derzeit 500 freien Beratern unterstützen wir namhafte Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung ihrer IT Projekte.
Für einen unserer Endkunden in Hamburg suchen wir aktuell einen versierten Scala Entwickler (m/w) auf freiberuflicher Basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
The project is about moving to GraphQL for the customers mobile and Web clients. The team will help that certain cross-team effort and also help the own team move to GraphQL.
The team uses Akka HTTP for web services, Finagle Client as HTTP client for calling the internal Web services, and Sangria as the Scala GraphQL library on the server side.
The work involves exposing the schemas to the clients and connecting to the backend REST based services. You will be working with the core GraphQL team in Hamburg and a business unit engineering team in Barcelona so there will be some travel required.
Part of what we need will also involve training 1-2 of our engineers on Scala in Barcelona and doing a knowledge transfer of the system you will be building.
Anforderungen:
Good Knowledge in/with: Scala, microservice development, Akka and/or Finagle
Senior with more than 3 years in the microservices/Scala development
Nice to have: GraphQL, familiarity with Ruby stack (Rails etc.)
Flexibility and willing to travel to Barcelona as needed.
