Our Client based in Munich is a Media Start Up currently working alongside some of the biggest TV channels in Germany. They are currently in the market for a seasoned PHP Developer to assist their current project which has a scope of up to 2 years.
Working as a PHP Developer: what skills do you need to know?
The main skills often required for this role are MySQL, Aggregation, Bootstrap, MongoBD, Angular JS and CSS
Familiarity with the Client Server architecture
Experience with unit testing and peer code reviewing
A good team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
Capable of multitasking with ease
Currently our Client is one of the fastest-growing new Media companies in Germany, and their diverse team consists of more than 20 people from different nationalities. In the next 12-18 months, they expect to expand to at least 2-3 countries in the Dach region.
Key Skills
PHP 7
Experience with PHP frameworks, Aggregation framework, JQuery, Symfony or Laravel
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Git and Unit Testing (PHPUnit)
Agile preferred
Requirements
5+ years of experience in developing software in a commercial or start-up environment
Experience with at least one of standard PHP frameworks (Symfony, Laravel)
Good knowledge of Front End technologies (Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS)
Fluent German and English speaking and written skills are a MUST
