Senior Data Scientist (f/m)

Main Tasks:
Development of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions in programming languages such as Python and R
Support of inhouse and external client workshops on the issue and education of analytics and data generated insights
Further training and development of employees in techniques in the field of data analytics, also training of a Junior Data Scientist in the unit
Fast paced environment with quickly changing aims and a steady learning curve and new tasks
Working with cutting edge tools in the machine learning environment
Technical Qualifications:
Quantitative masters degree (Maths, Statistics, Informatics, Computer Science, Economics)
Five years plus in the business setting, previously working experience in the same role on a full time basis, or a related position with significant exposure to data
Programming skills in at least a single language of the following: R, Python, Java, C; ideally skills in programming with SAS
Experience in working with tools such as KNIME, Dynamine, Webanalytics (Adobe Analytics, Adform) and tools for visualisation of results in a business intelligence setting
English and German are mandatory; knowledge of French preferable
Business side knowledge on eCommerce is mandatory, (direct)banking and marketing knowledge would be helpful
Readiness to travel
