Aufgaben und Verantwortungen:
Daily Business Support
Clarification Case Management (Clarification Case analysis and root cause identification)
Process Monitoring: Process Monitoring and enhancement of further process reports
Promotion Management (Creation of Minor Requests for new promotions, UAT, In-life Promo Management)
User Acceptance Test Support to ensure sustainable and optimal implementation (Test new functionality in Siebel, perform regression tests)
Creation of process documentation
Project Support
Consulting, analysis and evaluation of business requirements considering the aspect of efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and development of processes within Siebel in the direct interaction with our internal customers and key stakeholders (e.g IT, Customer Service)
Creation of detailed specification for IT, as well as process modelling (Event-driven Process Chain (EPC))
Experience & Skills:
Several years’ of experience with process engineering
Several years of experience in Siebel engineering
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
High flexibility and resilience and assertiveness
Excellent MS Office Skills (particularly Excel)
Excellent English + German skills
Can take over business perspective
