A non-profit organization located at Bonn (Germany) is re-building one of its core processes. In this core process, its customers, internal clients and its own staff collaborate on data to produce the final outcome. It has been decided to create the solution on top of a SharePoint platform. Tools of direct interaction include MS-SQL Server, SSIS, Excel, Access and Qlik. Your tasks:Setup SharePoint environment
o Setup server or access to cloud
o Create new site
o Establish availability
User management
o Create small concept for groups
o Create groups
o Create necessary users
o Check accessibility
Train clients staff in running and administering SharePoint
Lists
Team and service site
o Setup site for project collaboration and service maintenance
o Setup possibilities to administer documents.
o Eventually connecting the one or other document to one of the lists above
o Create collaboration elements
o Setup and explain version management of documents and other content
o Support client in creating SharePoint elements, which in turn support the service management and change process
Roll out
o Integrate everything in the final productive environment
o Fill environment with initial data and documents
o Produce a short user guide for using the site
o Train clients staff in using the site
Your ideal qualifications:
SharePoint, expert knowledge in:

o Groups
o Incorporating documents
o Lists
o Workflows
o SharePoint Designer
o Web parts
SharePoint, good knowledge in:

Basic knowledge about
