We are currently searching for an experienced IT System Analyst (m/f).Position duties:
- Provide daily system support and problem triage for EMEA Commercial End-Users – function as Level 2/3 support depending on when and how notified about an issue
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly Veeva maintenance and operational support for Veeva CRM as necessary
- Perform Veeva CRM configuration and create Views, Reports as necessary – test and implement before-mentioned in SandBox environment prior to Production implementation
- Assist with system enhancements, project level configuration, testing and implementation of Commercial Applications
- Ensure that all global and local standards are implemented and followed using the IS Project Management Methodology
- Ensure that all system security and control procedures are implemented and followed
- Recommend enhancements in technical function and business utility
- Escalate as necessary all issues, service, enhancement requests for Commercial applications
Qualifications:
- 10+ years IT experience
- 6+ years of Pharmaceutical IT Commercial experience in a support, operations, maintenance or delivery role with SFDC
- 4+ years of Pharmaceutical IT Commercial experience in a support, operations, maintenance or delivery role with VEEVA
- Solid understanding of SFDC (Sales and Service Cloud) and Veeva capabilities and constraints
- Exposure / working knowledge of VEEVA data integrations
- Creating and building custom reports at a higher level other than what the products’ have available pre-canned
- Managing escalated issues on service requests for VEEVA
- Must have experience on Veeva CRM configuration and customization with minimum involvement in 2 Veeva implementations
- SFDC DEV 401 and ADM 201 Certified professionals preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented potentially high-pressure environment
- Ability to interact clearly with business users to ensure that business issues, questions and concerns are properly understood and addressed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels
- Willingness and ability to work with multifunctional teams in Europe and across the world
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
- Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
- Must be creative, innovative and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
- Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- German and English languages
