For one of our clients we are looking for a Test Automation Expert (Data Warehouse).The client is looking for somebody who will be designing and developing automated tests within a complex data warehouse environment. The data is extracted from heterogeneous source systems across multiple companies, transformed and loaded into the data warehouse (ETL).
Activities:
•Define test automation approach
•Design & automate Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) Testing in a Data Warehouse system landscape
•Analyse, document and communicate test results/issues
Requirements:
•Experience with Test Automation
•Ideally experience in the design and implementation of successful test automation architectures and systems
•Experience with at least one script / coding language (e.g. Java, C/C++, Perl, Shell)
•Worked with test automation tools (e.g. HP QTP, Micro Focus SilkTest, IBM Functional Tester, Ranorex, SAP eCATT, TOSCA, TestArchitect, Selenium, xUnit, OpenSource)
•Experience with Data Warehouse/BI
•Create/manage complex SQL queries
•Experience with HP ALM and JIRA (nice to have)
•Oracle, DB2, SQL Server
•Informatica PowerExchange
•Informatica PowerCenter
•RESTful webservice / JSON
Language skills:
•English and/or German speaking
Start: ASAP
Duration: 2 months++ (Option for 5+)
Location: Düsseldorf
On-site: 2-5 days per week
