Data Engineer - Senior with excellent analytical skills knowledge wanted for our Berlin based client in the IT sector.Your experience/skills:
- A degree in a relevant field along with more than 3 years of working experience in databases design and development
- Strong knowledge of data structures & algorithms as well as profound knowledge of BI, SQL and Excel
- The Ability to work in a dynamic, research, development and team environment with several ongoing concurrent projects
- Practical experience in a Mobile App company is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a big plus
Your tasks:
- Developing and maintaining a warehouse / datahouse by collecting data from product and marketing
- Supporting the departments to understand the relevant data sets
- Defining strategies to optimise strengths and eliminate weaknesses in current work processes
- Acting as an interface between different departments
- Implementing and recommending ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality
