Task:- Works closely together with the lead developer and other developers to deliver high quality digital solutions with high customer impact
- Performs coding and code reviews to ensure that all code is in line with best practices including maintainability, readability and efficiency
- Works closely with the lead developer on improving the development and release management process
- Engages in a lean way with business and other stakeholders to clarify detailed requirements
- Collaborates with the Agile Delivery Platform team on maintaining a continuous delivery of the software
- Works in pairs with other developers and closely with designers and quality assurance team members
Requirements (Must have):
- Successfully completed degree in computer sciences, business informatics or similar experience
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in in enterprise software development and delivering and building digital products, ideally experienced in large scale projects/ program management
- Business fluent English language skills and advanced German language skills
Experience & Key Skills:
- Very strong background in implementing and operating digital solutions
- Strong hands on coding experience in one or more of the following: Java, AngularJS, Node.js, or a native mobile language
- Strong knowledge on software development, technology stacks (from DevOps infrastructure to native apps)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
- Good knowledge in development platforms, infrastructure, pair programming, continuous integration, test-driven development & incremental design
- Good knowledge in IT architecture, infrastructure and backend systems
- Understanding of the insurance business and processes
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Used to working in a goal-oriented and flexible environment with high tolerance for ambiguity
