For our client, a global telecoms company focussing on mobile devices we are looking for a Technical Marketing Evangelist on a freelance basis (f/m)

Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Specialist to provide support for its Developer Evangelism events targeting game developers and AI developers. You will be required to draw on your knowledge in these fields and blend them with the company's software solutions that communicate its leadership in the markets developer platforms.
As a member of the Developer Relation Division marketing team, you will provide industry expertise and technical knowhow in the area of gaming and AI. You will create technical documentation, demonstrations, and product prototypes. You will publish editorials to encourage gaming and AI developers to develop for the company's technology. You will be responsible for creating marketing event plans and supporting industry events.
Tasks:
. Assist in organizing and presenting content for 3 Buzz Game Developer Workshops in 2017
. Assist in organizing and presenting content for 12 AI Academic Workshops at universities across Europe
. Assist in organizing and presenting content for 12 AI meetups across Europe
. Assist in organizing events and presenting content for 12 Modern Code Developer events across Europe
. Account Management for a Student Ambassador Program
Skills:
. Experience in Product or Technical Marketing with both an engineering and marketing perspective
. BS/MS in EE/CS or equivalent experience required
. MBA or previous marketing experience highly desired
. Solid understanding of software and computer architecture
. Ability to deliver technical content in the area of AI and/or game development and a deep understanding of machine learning/deep learning frameworks
. Deep understanding of game development specifically related to graphics and power optimization
. Exceptional writing and presentation skills
. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with crossfunctional, crossdivisional, crosssite teams
. Proven track record in influencing and working closely with developers a strong plus
. Must be comfortable giving presentations to large audiences
. General project management skills
Languages
Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English. German or French a plus
