We are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in Germany.

Responsibilities:
As (Senior) developer you will implement business requirements for the customer relationship management solutions in close collaboration with members of an agile team. You will:
- Develop new functionalities and enhancements of high-availability applications for processing telecoms customer requests.
- Design and implement a modular and service driven architecture (microservices, modularization).
- Constantly evaluate, optimize and enhance existing functionalities & processes during ongoing software development processes (refactoring).
- Continuously quality assure the functionality during the development process (test-driven development, code reviews, unit tests).
- Support release management, as well as the analysis and troubleshooting of production problems.
Contribute in application transformation & Digitization initiatives.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the IT domain, with ideally 3+ years as a CRM developer.
- Strong Exposure on Telecom BSS Application Software ADM in Waterfall, Agile OR Hybrid Model.
- SQL, NOSQL, .Net, Java, Python, OracleDB, XML, Version Control (ClearCase, Subversion)
- Digital transformation skills.

-- DevOPS , Continuous Integration Platforms , Toolchain Strategy.
-- New Data Base Creation Hybrid - Oracle + NO SQL.
-- COTS and open source digital technology solutions, including Digital Marketing Platforms, App Servers, CMS, eCommerce, CRM, Payment, Customer portals, Scheduling, SSO, search, organic search, SPA frameworks, social media platforms, analytics, WebChat, CDN and IVR platforms.
-- Customer 360 degree view data model, service definition and Service Wrap.
-- NBA, real time Analytics and personalization.
-- Experience of Hybrid Cloud (i.e. between off-premise and on-premise) technologies for the digital space as well as Mobile.
