Signify Technology Group are recruiting for Senior Contract Scala Developer (Spark, Kafka, Play and Hadoop) to join one of Germany's leading Tech companies on a contract for a minimum of 6 months. The role is to start ASAP and you will be based in Frankfurt with a Daily rate of €650 Euros Per day depending on experience,
The Role
Signify Technology Group are looking for a Senior Contract Scala Developer (Spark, Kafka, Play and Hadoop) to assist in building an innovative platform from scratch. You will be working closely with the Architects the help design and build components for a next-gen business Intelligence platform.

The role is based in the heart of Frankfurt which is fast becoming one of Europe's fastest growing tech hubs
What We are looking for in the Senior Contract Scala Developer (Spark, Kafka, Play and Hadoop)
Strong functional programming skills with Scala
Experience working with Spark is a big plus.
Hadoop
MS-SQL
TDD
Kafka
Strong experience with relational database management systems,
Must write clean and Scalable code
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Large Scale distributed projects
Must speak and write in English
