Senior Service Design - Freelance - Essen
Optimus Search is currently recruiting for a Senior Service Designer in Digital, Mobile and Web for a large digital transformation project in the energy industry.
We are looking for leadership experience with modern Front End and Back End technologies (Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, Microservices, DevOps).
Location: Essen (with travel to the UK)
Start Date: 3 May 2017
Duration: 2 months (then extended for 6 months)
Project Description
- Understanding of needs, pain points and complexity to formulate the service vision and strategy
- Translation of gathered insights service strategies into practical concepts and lead the projects towards their implementation
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies focusing on Human Factors or Human Computer Interaction or a comparable course of study and possibly doctorate
- Sound knowledge in the planning and implementation of usability evaluations
- Profound professional experience in the development of mobile user interfaces in agile project teams
- Proficient in German and English
- Interest in new technologies and development approaches
- Teamwork
- Independence
