Servicenow Developer- Leading Consulting House
A Leading Consultancy requires an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to assist with the development and management of the Servicenow Platform. The role is a 6 month contract opportunity, and will be based in Frankfurt.
Experience:
- Access Control management
- Configuring and customizing all aspects of Servicenow: Events, Notifications, Approvals, Script, Business Rules, Styles, UI Actions & Policies, etc.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting issues
- Liaising with ServiceNow users to understand requirements and develop solutions within ServiceNow to meet these
- Platform life cycle management
- In depth understanding of ServiceNow components and features - current and planned
Skills:
- Hands on experience on atleast 2 ServiceNow implementations
- Experience managing upgrades of the platform
- Service Catalog and Workflow design
- Expert in Incident (inc. SLAs), Problem, Change & Configuration management
- Extensive experience working with ServiceNows' client and server APIs
- MID server configuration and integrations
- Excellent JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services and Powershell skills
